摘要
企业兼并是市场经济条件下企业优胜劣汰的正常现象。福建省永安林业(集团)股份有限公司成功地对三明人造板有限公司进行兼并,这是我国林业企业改革的一个新的偿试,也是林业企业改革的一个重大突破。通过对这“以小吃大”的成功范例的介绍和分析表明:濒临倒闭的国有林业企业必须走资产重组之路才能起死回生,摆脱困境。
Enterprise annex is a normal phenomenna in market economy.Fujian Yongan forestry company limited(group)has successfully annexed Sanming wood-based panel limited Company.It is a new try and a breadthrough of fovestry enterprise veform in our country.By means of analysis of the annex,it is imidecated in this paper that state-owned enterprises which on the verge of bankrupt must take the road of asset recombination to shake off morass situation
