新农村建设绝不仅仅意味着经济农村,同时更意味着文化农村。文化已经历史地凝结在农村建设地过程中,会直接影响和制约农村的发展方向。没有新文化,就没有新农民;没有新农民,就没有新农村;没有农业、农村的大发展。

Culture is historically fused with the construction of the new rural areas and will influence and restrict the orientation of the development of rural areas. Without new culture., there will be no new type farmers or new rural areas, not to mention the great cultural development in rural areas.
