高职院校大学生人格特征及人格教育策略

Student 's Personality Character and Personality Education Strategy about Higher Technical and Vocational College

高职教育的目标是培养应用型人才,而应用型人才不仅要有知识、有能力,更要有健康的人格。当前高职院校部分学生因其自身的特殊性而存在一定的人格缺陷,强化高职学生的健康人格教育成为高职院校迫切需要解决的问题。通过高职大学生人格心理健康的状况和形成格心理的原因分析,可知高职大学生的健康人格教育势在必行。

The aim of higher technical and vocational education is to cultivate applied persion with abbility. The applied persion with abbility is not only acquainted and capable, but also with healthy personality. Currently, some students of higher technical and vocational college have certain personality defect, so to reinforce the education about healthy personality is a problem to be solved. The article analyse the actuality of healthy personality about these students and its reasons at first, and then give some strategy about education of healthy personality.
