Clinical Application Value of Basic Information Card of Emergency Mass Injury Patients

目的:探讨群伤急诊病人的接诊分类与转运中基本信息卡的临床应用价值。方法:将自制基本信息卡用于群伤急诊接诊中,由专人负责,分段填写。结果:我院收治的1 861例地震伤员均得到准确分类、及时救治,无一例发生二次损伤。结论:急诊群伤病人基本信息卡能够加快分类速度,提高分类准确率,为提高群伤急诊病人的整体救治效率发挥重要作用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical application value of the basic information card of emergency mass injury patients. Methods：To use the basic information card in emergency reception. To administer the card by specially person and fill it segmently. Results：The 1861 earthquake wounded that were accepted by our hospital had been classified accurately, and treated on time. In these cases, nobody was undergone secondary injury. Conclusion：The basic information card of emergency mass injury patients can make classification speedily, improve classification accuracy and play an important function in improving the general treatment efficiency of mass injury patients.
