摘要 目的:评价螺旋CT三维重建在骨关节损伤中的临床应用价值。方法:对79例骨关节损伤进行螺旋CT扫描,并行3D和MPR。结果:全部病例经CT轴位扫描、3D和MPR均满意地显示骨关节损伤情况,3D和MPR直观、立体、清晰、多角度地显示损伤的具体程度。结论:螺旋CT、3D和MPR是CT轴位扫描的很有价值的补充手段,在脊柱及大关节损伤中螺旋CT扫描可作为首选检查方法。在骨关节损伤中具有很高的临床应用价值。 Objective:To evaluate the worth of chnical application of spiral CT 3D reconstruction. Methods:To diagnose 79 cases of bone and joint injury by spiral CT, 3D reconstruction and MPR. Results:AU cases which diagnosed by spiral CT axial scan, 3D reconstraction and MPR could contently, multitangtdarly and clearly show the complete situation of the injury. Conclusion:Spiral CT,3D reconstraction and MPR which considered as the preferred examine methods in the injury of spine and joint are very valuable supplemental means and have dominative merit in clinical application.
