摘要
本文针对国内小容量硅铁冶炼埋弧电炉现状和工人的技术水平,提出了对现场的技术改造措施,并为之设计了“微型计算机辅助控制系统”。经生产运行表明,该系统改善了工人操作条件,达到了增产、节能和延长设备寿命之目的,取得了一定的经济效益,具有推广应用价值。
Situations of small ferrosilicon arc smelting electric furnace and technology competence of workers in China, and the technological transform measures are discussed in this paper, and the designing of a 'Micro-computer Auxiliary Control System' is proposed as well. The production operation shows that this recommended system improves the condition of the workers, increases the output production and electric power efficiency, prolongs the service life of electrical installations, obtains a fairly economical benefit,therefore, it is worthy to be introduced.
