摘要 目的:探讨应用山莨菪碱(654-2)抢救输液反应患者的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2000年1月~2008年1月间我院外科抢救治疗临床输液反应患者28例临床资料。结果:28例患者中,有22例注射654-2后10min内起效,有效作用最快仅3min;4例患者20min症状缓解;1例患者20min后重复给药1次,症状缓解。27例患者均未出现急性心力衰竭和肺水肿等并发症。1例转来患者失去抢救时间死亡。结论:注射用山莨菪碱(654-2)在抢救输液反应中能解除致热原所致的微循环痉挛,可改善微循环灌注,减少组织缺氧,起到预防休克和脑水肿的作用,改善肾脏的微循环,有利于致热原的排除,从而改善输液反应的症状。654-2的副作用少,对输液反应的疗效显著。 Objective: To explore the clinical effect on injection Anisodamine (654-2) rescue of patients with transfusion reaction. Methods: The medical records of all 28 patients with transfusion reaction in Surgical department of our hospital from January 2000 to January 2008 were analyzed. Results: In 28 cases of patients, 22 cases of patients took effect after injection of 654-2 in 10 minutes, and the fastest effective only 3 rain, 4 cases symptoms relieved in 20 minutes, 1 case repeated a delivery in 20 minutes, symptoms relieved. 27 cases did not occur in patients with acute heart failure and complications such as pulmonary edema. 1 case of transfer patients to lose time to rescue was killed. Conclusion: Anisodamine injection (654-2) in rescue response transfusion pyrogen to the lifting of the microcirculation due to cramps, can improve the microcirculation perfusion, hypoxia reduction, prevention of shock and played the role of the brain edema and improve the kidney. The microcirculation will help rule out the possibility of pyrogen in order to improve the symptoms of transfusion reactions. 654-2 has obvious effect in treatment of transfusion reaction with few side effects.
