摘要
介绍了A454粗纱机的主要特点,分析了其控制系统中存在的主要问题。用FX2N-PLC和EMERSON变频器实现了对粗纱机的电气控制,并给出了系统主要硬件电路及PLC梯形图。结果表明:改造后的控制系统较好地满足了粗纱工艺要求,使粗纱质量得到了较大提高。
It introduces the main feature of A454 roving frame, and analyzes the main problems which exist in the control system. The roving frame control system has been realized with FX2N-PLC and EMERSON Inverter, and given the main hardware eircuit and the PLC ladder is given, The system satisfys the coarse yarn technological requirement well after the transformation of the control system, and the coarse yarn quality has been improved greatly.
