荆丘油田地面系统优化探索

On Optimization and Simplification of Ground System in Jingqiu Oilfield

油田进入开发后期时,老油田普遍存在着设计规模大,生产能力过剩、生产设施、设备老化、生产工艺落后以及能耗高等问题,不能适应油田生产状况的变化。随着油田的二次开,各油田都在寻求适合各自特点的地面改造模式,以适应新开发形势下工艺技术、现场管理、能耗指标等要求。华北油田第五采油厂从2003年开始结合荆丘油田开发规划,对地面工艺系统本着简化、优化的原则进行了整体改造,取得了良好的效果,为老油田二次开发地面系统的改造积累了经验。

In the late period of exploration, the old oilfield exists some problems, such as large scale, old equipment, backward technology and high consumption. With the second exploration of the oilfield, all the oilfields are seeking new technologies to cater to new situation. From the year of 2003, combined with Jingqiu oilfield exploration plan, No. 5 Oil Production Plant of Huabei Oilfield has reformed the ground technology system so as to obtain some achievements.
