摘要
时间敏感目标的打击能力主要是指对战场上稍纵即逝的目标实施快速打击的能力。针对"网络中心战"中美军空袭作战的特点,研究并分析了时间敏感目标打击能力的影响因素及相关计算公式,提出了一种评估的综合方法,并通过仿真计算,验证了所提方法的正确性。
Time-sensitive targets strike capability mainly refers to the goal implementation fast attack ability which is fleeting to the battlefield. Aimed at the features of US army air-raid operations of net- work-eentric war, primary factors of time-sensitive targets strike capability is researched and analyzed. Through simulation and computation, the method is validated properly .
