摘要 目的探讨冠心病患者血清中CXC趋化因子16(CXCL16)的变化。方法急性心肌梗死(AMI)组16例,不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)组26例,稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组27例,对照组19例,用酶联免疫吸附法测定患者血清中CXCL16浓度并作比较,同时研究其与血清中肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α),Gensini积分之间的关系。结果与对照组相比,血清CXCL16在SAP组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在UAP组和AMI组中显著升高,分别为(2 133.7±663.9)μg/L vs(2 805.2±601.5)μg/L、(2 827.6±677.4)μg/L(均P<0.01);UAP组与AMI组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血清CXCL16与TNF-α及Gensini积分之间无线性相关(r=0.154、0.195,均P>0.05)。与对照组相比,血清TNF-α在SAP组、UAP组和AMI组中显著升高(均P<0.01),其中UAP组高于SAP组(P<0.01),AMI组高于UAP组(P<0.01)。与SAP组相比,Gensini积分在UAP组和AMI组中显著升高(P<0.01),UAP组与AMI组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清中CXCL16水平升高可能是在急性冠状动脉综合征的发展中起重要作用。 Objective To investigate the role of soluble CXC chemokine 16 (CXCL16) in coronary atherosclerotic disease. Methods There were 69 patients with coronary artery disease(CHD) enrolled,including 16 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI),26 patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP) and 27 patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP), and 19 normal controls. The expressions of CXCL16, tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α) in serum were compared using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), and the relationship between serumsoluble CXCL16 and Gensini score was also analyzed. Results The levels of CXCL16 in peripheral blood in UAP and AMI groups were significantly higher than those in SAP group and normal controls (P 〈0.05); however, there was no significant difference in CXCL16 expression between UAP group and AMI group ( P 〉0.05), nor did between SAP group and normal controls. And no significant correlation was found between serumsoluble CXCL16 and TNF-α or Gensini score ( r = 0. 154,0. 195 respectively, both P 〉 0.05). The serum levels of TNF-α in SAP, UAP and AMI groups were significantly higher than those in normal controls(all P 〈d0.01) ,UAP group was significantly higher than SAP group ( P 〈0.01), and AMI group was significantly higher than UAP group ( P 〈0.05). Gensini score was significantly increased in UAP and AMI groups compared to SAP group, but no significant difference was found between UAP and AMI group. Conclusion CXCL16 may play an important role in the pathogenesis and development of acute coronary syndrome.
