According to the problems in connotation, characteristics, function construction of dormitory culture of college students, this paper points out that colleges and universities should stick to college students-based innovation of dormitory management, consolidate infrastructure environment construction, conduct ideological and political education in dormitories, enrich dormitory culture activities and form harmonious ＂field effect＂ of dormitory culture.
