水驱多层非均质砂岩油田压裂与套损关系 被引量:4

摘要 为深入研究大庆油田套管损坏主要影响因素,有效控制套管损坏持续增高趋势,文章从注水开发多层砂岩油田过程中套管损坏的现象入手,系统分析了大庆油田目前油水井套管损坏状况及分布特点。在此基础上,论述了压裂措施与高压注水基本原理的一致性,探讨了水力压裂与套管损坏的关系。通过实例分析,认为注水开发多层砂岩油田,高压注水是导致套损的核心因素。同时指出,在注水与压裂同时存在的条件下,压裂和高压注水一样与油田套管损坏关系密切,即压裂也是导致套管损坏不可忽视的因素之一,应引起足够重视。 To study main influence factors of casing damage in Daqing Oilfield and effectively control the continuously increasing trend of casing damage, current situation and distribution feature of casing damage in Daqing Oil-field is analyzed systematically by starting with casing damage during development of waterflooding muhilayer sand-stone oilfield. On this basis, consistence of fracturing stimulation and high pressure water injection principle is illustrated, and relation between hydraulic fracturing and casing damage is discussed. Case study shows that fracturing and high pressure water injection are two key factors causing casing damage during development of waterflooding muhilayer sandstone oilfield. It is concluded that, for development of muhilayer sandstone oilfield by water-flooding, when water injection and fracturing exist simultaneously, fracturing is closely related to casing damage as high pressure water injection. In other words, fracturing is also one of factors that can not be ignored and can cause casing damage, which should be paid more attention.
