摘要
采用紫外可见分光光度法研究了单宁酸与钒络合的性质,发现不同pH值时,单宁酸与钒络合物的络合比均为1:1,且随着pH值的增大,络合物稳定性增强;相同pH值时,随着温度的升高,络合物稳定性减弱;pH值在8—9,温度在25—40℃,单宁酸与钒络合,既可以防止栲胶脱硫过程中硫氧钒沉淀生成,又可以减少催化剂的损失。
Tannin and vanadium indexing composing by means of spectrography is defined, tannin and vanadium indexing composing in different basicity is 1 : 1, with the pH value increasing, stability is more and more reinforce;In the same basicity, with the temperature increasing, stability is more and more weaken; This experiment elicits that basicity should be master of 8 - 9, and temperature 25 - 40 ℃. It can prevent deposition, as well as reduce the losing of catalyzer.
