摘要
采用沸石-壳聚糖吸附剂吸附废水中的Ni2+。将粒径为180μm的天然沸石与脱乙酰度90%的壳聚糖混合,制成沸石-壳聚糖吸附剂。考察了沸石-壳聚糖吸附剂对模拟含镍废水中的Ni2+静态吸附效果的影响因素。正交实验结果表明,在壳聚糖与天然沸石质量比为0.05、吸附剂加入量为14g/L、Ni2+初始质量浓度为40mg/L、模拟含镍废水pH为6~7、吸附时间为40min的条件下,模拟含镍废水中Ni2+去除率大于96%。对实际电镀含镍废水的动态吸附实验结果表明,Ni2+的质量浓度由38.0mg/L减少到0.8mg/L,小于GB8978—96《污水综合排放标准》规定值(1.0mg/L)。
The Zeolite-chitosan adsorbent was used to adsorb Ni2+ from wastewater. It was prepared by mixing natural zeolite with 180 μm of particle diameter and chitosan with 90% of deacetylation degree. The factors affecting the static adsorption of Ni2+ from the simulated nickel-containing wastewater were studied. The orthogonal experiment results show that: when the mass ratio of chitosan to natural zeolite is 0.05, the adsorbent dosage is 14 g/L, the original mass concentration of Ni2+ is 40 mg/L, the wastewater pH is 6 - 7 and the adsorption time is 40 min, the removal rate of Ni2+ in the simulated nickel-containing wastewater is over 96%. The results of dynamic adsorption on the real nickel-containing electroplating wastewater show that the mass concentration of Ni2+ is decreased from 38.0 mg/L to 0, 8 rag/L, which is lower than the national discharge standard of 1.8 mg/L.
