摘要

The activated carbon adsorbent was prepared from bagasse by activation with zinc chloride. The effects of zinc chloride concentration, activation temperature and activation time on the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent were studied. The optimal preparation conditions are as follows: activation temperature 800 ℃, zinc chloride mass concentration 190 g/L, activation time 60 rain. The yield of the adsorbent is 30. 2%. The iodine value is 1 070 rag/g, and the methylene blue adsorption is 15.0 mL for 0.1 g adsorbent, which can meet the requirement of the first grade product standard of GB/T 13803.2 - 1999.
