摘要
以1 000×g1、500×g2、000×g的超重力对刚萌动的黄瓜种子分别处理12、3、h,研究其对黄瓜幼苗生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:处理组黄瓜幼苗的叶绿素a(Chla)含量均高于对照组,叶绿素b(Chlb)含量均低于对照组,总叶绿素含量1 000×g2、h,1 000×g3、h,1 500×g、1 h和2 000×g2、h处理的高于对照组。处理组丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化物氧(POD)活性高于对照组,而处理组过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、超氧化物酶(SOD)活性均低于对照组。超重力处理可提高黄瓜对逆境的适应性,作为一诱变条件可用于植物的抗逆育种实践中。
Cucumber was used as plant material in the experiment: Germination of alfalfa seeds were treated with 1000×g, 1500×g, 2000×g for 1,2,3 hours to investigate the responses of physiological and biochemical indices. The results indicated:The content of Chla cucumber seedling increased, but Chlb decreased, Chlorophyll content of cucumber seedlings increased under 1000×g, 2 h, 1000×g, 3 h, 1500×g, 1h and 2000×g, 2 h treatments. The content of malondialdehyde and POD activity of cucumber seedlings increased but the CAT activity and the SOD activity decreased, different hyperg-ravity could enhance adapt adversity of cucumber seedlings, and it could serve as a way of breeding.
