摘要
介绍了氮化钛涂层性能及其应用,概括了涂层的制备方法,并简述了氮化钛复合涂层的研究进展及其耐蚀及耐磨性能。通过加入不同含量的Ti、A、lCr等元素和增加不同的过渡层能有效地改善氮化钛涂层的耐蚀性及抗高温氧化性。
The performance and application of TiN coatings are briefly introduced and the preparation methods are summarized. Also, the research progress of TiN composite coatings is reviewed and the corrosion resistance and abrade resistance are discussed in details. Through adding Ti, Al, Cr of different fraction and different transition-layers, the corrosion resistance and anti-high temperature oxidation of TiN coating may be improved substantially.
