Research of Quick Cultivate Technology on Salt-torlerent Asparagus Officinalis

东营市农业科学研究所立足于黄河三角洲实情,以新萌发的芦笋嫩茎为试材,研究不同激素组合对诱导芦笋茎段愈伤组织的影响、对细胞胚的影响试验及对细胞胚的优化诱导试验,培育出2个耐盐能力强、产量高、品质优,适合广大盐碱地区种植的耐盐芦笋系号,开发前景极好。

Based on the Yellow River Delta reality, Dongying Agricultural Science Research Institute cultivated two Asparagus officinalis strains,with strongly Salt-torlerent ability, high output, superior quality, suits the general salt alkaloid regions to plant, extremely good prospect of the development. In order to accelerate its promotion to reproduce, and for technical reserve of further deepen breeding works, we studied the quick cultivate technology of the Salt-torlerent Asparagus officirvalis and have obtained the success.
