摘要
利用工业装置中的低温热能进行冷媒发电,系低温热能的一种颇有前途的利用措施。本文针对某大型工业装置中排入环境的温位较低的能量,提出采取冷媒发电加以利用,计算结果表明可获得可观的经济效益。
Owing to the energy crises in the past decade,saving energyhas become vital problem in the world.In the recent years,much attentionhas been attracted to make use of low level heat and different methods ofreducing external energy inputs by effectively utilizing heat in the processeshave been developed.In this paper,the author applies the low level heat,which is directlydischarged to the surroundings as waste heat,for generating electricpower with low-boiling-point agent(LBPA).The mathematic models andcalculation program are given,and a flow diagram of LBPA turbinegenerator is also presented.A power of 2,710kwh/h may be obtained,and the dead annual benefit is about 2.90 million yuan,thus the project isof great economical value.
