摘要
基于企业生态位构建和企业基因,建立了企业的三轨迹进化模型。该模型指出,环境选择、企业内部构建和企业外部构建是企业进化的三种主要力量,生态继承、基因继承和显型继承是企业进化的三条主线,由此体现了企业进化的多样性、遗传变异和环境选择三种机制。企业进化模型表征了企业与生态环境之间的协同进化,并说明了企业是由其内生性和外生性共同决定的。
In this paper, based on the enterprise niche construction and the enterprise gene, we establish a model of three - locus evolution. Our model indicates that, the environment selection, interior and exterior construction of enterprise consist of the three main forces, and the ecological inheritance, genetic inheritance and phenotypic inheritance form the main clue, which thereby demonstrates three mechanisms of enterprise evolution, namely, diversity, inheritance variation and environment selection. This model also characterizes the cooperation evolution between enterprise and ecological environment, and shows that the enterprise is decided by its endogenesis and ectogenesis together.
