摘要
作为越南的友好邻邦,中国具备对越南投资的巨大潜力,企业纷纷到越南开展投资经营,但在人力资源管理方面遇到了一些比较突出的问题。文章从宏观和微观两个层面入手,分析和比较了中越两国人力资源概况及其管理情况,得出中越两国人力资源管理的异同,然后提出了中国企业到越南开展投资经营时在人力资源管理方面的一些建议,最后对未来的研究方向进行了展望。
As a friendly neighbouring country of Vietnam, China has huge investment potential in Vietnam, there has been a great amount of Chinese enterprises launching their branches and operating there. In the meantime, there are some emerging problems in human resource management side for them to deal with. From the perspective of microlevel and macrolevel respectively, this paper starts with analyzing and comparing the overall situation and management practices of human resource between China and Vietnam, bases on which we can see the similarities and differences between the two countries. Further, it gives some relevant suggestions for those companies who are doing and to do business in Vietnam. Finally, the paper recommends several valuable areas on the future research.
