摘要 动物性食品中三聚氰胺的检出,引起了全世界广泛的关注,因此动物性食品中三聚氰胺的检测方法的研究成为了关注的热点问题。论文综述了三聚氰胺的代谢、毒性、检测以及国内外检测方法的研究进展。 At present, the rising rate of detection of melamine in animal-borne food has caused widespread concern around the world. Therefore, the study of melamine of detection in animal-borne food became a hot issue. This article summarized the melamine in the metabolism, toxicity, as well as current detection methods at home and abroad.
