The problem of animal derived food safety is one of the great problems of food safety, which concerns human health and public health safety. Some of the issues such as disease-causing pathogens, chemical pollution, animal food chain pollution, animal-derived food processing pollution and so on, which associate with animal production over the past were summarized. In order to solve these problems, a series of measures should be taken at the present and in the future, which can be conducted to solve complex animal production safety issues.
