摘要
以混合精料和玉米秸秆为基础日粮,研究日粮添加甘油对能量平衡和氮平衡的影响。结果表明:各组间采食总能差异不显著;2组粪能较对照组显著降低;试验组尿能、气体能和产热量较对照组降低;2、3组消化能、代谢能和沉积能均高于对照组。各组间采食氮差异不显著;2组粪氮和尿氮较对照组显著降低;2、3组可消化氮和沉积氮提高显著。甘油的适宜添加水平为200g/d。
Taking mixed fine fodder and corn stalk as basal ration, the effects of glycerin added into the ration on energy and nitrogen balance were studied. The results showed that the gross energy of ingestion in all groups was not significantly different; the fecal energy in group 2 was reduced significantly in comparison with the control group; the urinary energy, energy in gaseous products and heat quantity were reduced in comparison with the control group; the digested energy, metabolizable energy and deposited energy in group 2 and 3 were all higher than those in the control group. The nitrogen of ingestion in all groups was not significantly different; the ileal nitrogen and urinary nitrogen in group 2 were significantly reduced in comparison with the control group; the digestible nitrogen and deposited energy in group 2 and 3 were significantly increased. The appropriate glycerin adding level was 200 g/d.
