摘要
通过采用HRB500级钢筋为非预应力钢筋的4根先张有粘结部分预应力梁的试验研究,验证了HRB500级钢筋在部分先张预应力梁中的平截面假定,分析了HRB500级钢筋的应力发挥程度、跨中挠度的变化规律以及梁的裂缝宽度及裂缝形态。研究结果表明:配置HRB500级钢筋为非预应力钢筋的先张部分预应力混凝土梁具有良好的预应力度,受弯破坏形态为塑性破坏,其正截面受弯承载力及开裂弯矩可按现行GB50010-2002《混凝土结构设计规范》的有关公式计算,而且HRB500级钢筋的抗拉强度设计值取fy=450 MPa时有足够的安全储备。
Based on the experimental research of four pre-stressed bonded concrete beams with HRB500 steel bars, the assumption of plane-section in the pre-stressed concrete beams with HRB500 steel bars has been verified, the stress degree of HRB500 steel bars, the regular pattern of deflection at mid-span,the width of crack and the pattern of crack have been analyzed. The experimental results show that the pre-stressed concrete beams with HRB500 steel bars have good pre-stressing level, the flexural' failure modes is plastic failure, the normal section flexural capacity of concrete and bending moment at the on-set of crack can calculated follow GB50010 -2002《 Code of design of concrete structures》. The formula of fy = 450 MPa has plenty safe margin for the design tensile strength of HRB500 steel bars.
