水库保护与综合利用的景观规划对策研究

Study on the landscape countermeasures of reservoir protection and multiple utilization

归纳了我国水库现状存在保护不力和开发效率低的严重问题,提出我国水库应在保护的基础上综合利用的发展趋势,总结出水库具极高的美学价值、利于开展多种活动、是科普教育的重要场所和文化载体等景观功能,分析了开发利用水库景观功能的社会意义、生态意义和经济意义,提出了对水库保护和综合利用景观规划的原则、水利规划与景观规划协调规划方法,阐述了营造景观防护林和水利景观、合理确定不同水库的景观类型、加强水库景观的文化内涵等对策。

Generalized the critical problems of reservoir＇s protection and utilization in China now, the paper proposed that the multiple utilization on the bases of protection should be the inclination because of it highest aesthetics value, using for many activities, such as science and c＇ulture propagation. On the bases of these, the paper analyzed the social,eco and economic meaning of reservoir landscape function ,offered the landscape principle ,the planning way of coordination the water and landscape ,while elaborated that it should make landscape protective forest and water, define the landscape type of different reservoir, intensify the culture of reservoir, and so on.
