摘要
研究了稀土化合物LaF3的引入对固体超强酸催化剂SO42-/ZrO2性质的影响.用热台偏光显微镜及X射线衍射方法分析了固体超强酸在焙烧过程中形态结构变化及晶相转变过程.研究发现,LaF3引入对固体超强酸形态结构及晶相转变产生了影响.使用差示扫描量热(DSC)及热重(TG)技术分析了固体超强酸的热稳定性.引入LaF3提高了固体超强酸的结晶温度及催化剂中SO24-分解温度.红外光谱分析表明,引入LaF3后固体超强酸更易于脱除其中所含的水分.同时考察了LaF3引入对固体超强酸酸强度、SO24-含量及萘齐聚反应的影响.
The effect of LaF3 introduction on properties of solid superacid SO4^2-/ZrO2 was studied in this paper. The crystal transformation and morphology of solid superacid SO4^2-/ZrO2 and SO4^2-/ZrO2-LaF3 were investigated with polarized microscope and XRD when they were calci- nated. It was found that there was some influence of LaFs introduction on crystal transformation and morphology of solid superacid. The thermal stability of solid super acid was determined by u- sing DSC and TG technique. The crystal transforming temperature of ZrO2 and decomposing tem- perature of SO4^2- increased sharply due to LaF3 introduction. The IR analysis showed that water in solid super acid containing LaF3 was easy to removed. The effect of LaF3 introduction on acid strength, SO4^2-concentration and naphthalene oligomerization were also investigated in this paper.
