含芴衍生物的长链端烯β-二酮的合成及其光学性质

Synthesis and Optical Property of a New β-Diketone with Fluorene Derivative and Long Chain End-alkene Groups

摘要 通过C laisen缩合反应,在强碱叔丁醇钾的作用下,将芴和长链端烯引入β-二酮化合物中,合成了一种新型的含芴的长链端烯β-二酮——1-(9,9-二己基-2-芴基)-12-十三碳烯-1,3-二酮(1),其结构经1H NMR,IR和元素分析表征;其光学性质经UV和荧光光谱测定。1在氯仿中主要以烯醇式存在;1的二氯甲烷溶液在长波区(260 nm^400 nm)呈现强烈的紫外特征吸收;其荧光光谱最大吸收波长422 nm(激发波长350 nm),属蓝紫光范畴。 A new fl-diketone with fluorene derivative and long chain end-alkene groups, 1-(9,9-dihexyl-9H-fluoren-2-yl)-tridecyl-12-ene-1,3-dione(1) , was synthesized from methyl ketone and ester by classical Claisen condensation using Me3COK as a strong base. The structure was characterized by ^1H NMR, IR and elemental analysis. The optical property of 1 was determined by UV and fluorescence spectrum. The results showed that 1 existed in enol form in chloroform solvent; 1 exhibited strong ultraviolet absorption in UV region from 260 nm to 400 nm and had a peek wavelength at 422 nm(excitation wavelength of 350 nm) in fluorescence spectrum in diehloromethane solvent.
