摘要
以正己烷为溶剂,聚乙二醇400(PEG 400)为非离子表面活性剂,甲基丙烯酸(MAA)与氧化锌(ZnO)一步反应合成了二甲基丙烯酸锌。其结构经1H NMR,IR,XRD和TEM表征。最佳反应条件为:MAA 11 g,ZnO5 g,w(PEG 400)=2%,正己烷100 mL,于25℃反应2 h,收率88%。
Zinc dimethacrylate was synthesized by a one-step reaction of methylacrylic acid (MAA) and zinc oxide(ZnO) in the presence of PEG 400(as a non-ionic surfactant) in hexane. The structure was characterized by ^1H NMR, IR, XRD and TEM. The optimum reaction conditions at 25 ℃ for 2 h in yield of 88% were as follows: MAA was 11 g; ZnO was 5 g; w(PEG 400) was 2% and hexane was 100 mL.
