基于粗集理论的制造过程质量规则优化研究

摘要 由于制造过程中信息的不完整和不确定,使得产品质量分析和改进不精确,为此采用粗集理论对制造过程进行分析,以得到优化的质量改进规则和策略。针对制造过程特点,首先建立质量决策表,进而基于相似关系对制造过程中不完整信息进行处理分析,得到最优质量控制规则集的获取方法,最后以转向节加工过程为例进行了说明和验证。 The analysis and improvement of product quality was not accurate for the incomplete and uncertain of data in manufacturing process. To get the optimizable improve rules of product quality, rough theory has been adopted to analyze the manufacturing process. Firstly, the quality decision table has been presented. Then the incomplete information have been disposed based on the Similar Relation and proposed the method for getting the optimizable quality rules. Finally, a knuckle pivot manufacturing process is provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
