摘要
基于循环对称结构固有特性的有限元分析原理,对某型航空发动机压气机轮盘的振动特性进行了研究,建立了该轮盘的实体模型及循环对称分析的有限元模型,并利用ANSYS软件进行了分析计算,根据计算结果分析了该压气机轮盘的振动特性,为其设计优化和振动安全性检验提供了数值依据。
Based on the FEA method for analyzing vibration characteristics of cyclic symmetric structures,the vibration characteristics of an aeroengine compressor disc was analyzed. The solid model and FEA model for cyclic symmetric analysis of the compressor disc were set up and computed using ANSYS software. The vibration characteristics of the compressor disc was analyzed based on the computation. The analysis results can be used as reference for optimization design and vibration safeness verification for this compressor disc.
