摘要
市场发展和客户需求的多样化,使得多品种小批量生产成为主要生产方式,但是传统质量控制方法在小批量生产中的应用遇到困难,为了解决传统的质量控制技术在多品种小批量应用中难以解决的问题,在分析其加工特点与质量影响因素的基础上,提出对小批量生产方式进行质量控制的思想和策略,将质量控制的目标从产品转向工序,提出一种面向工序,基于质量预防、制造过程的质量诊断与分析改进的工序控制系统,对生产工序进行控制,确保制造过程处于稳定状态。
Market developing and the various demands of clientele make Multi-Specification& Small Batch become primary manufacturing style, but the conventional methods of quality control fall across difficulty when applied in Multi-Specification& Small Batch., In order to solve this problem, based on analyzing its processing characteristic and the factors of affecting quality, the aim of quality control is combed about from product to working procedure, bring forward an compositive control system which faces working procedure, based on quality prevent,diagnose the quality of manufacture process and analyses and ameliorate, control the manufacturing working procedure, to ensure the stability of manufacturing process.
