论文从分析产品特点和对比了不同厂家缸体生产工艺入手,确定了东风日产HR发动机缸体生产线的技术要求,制定了生产线的工艺流程,讨论了缸体生产线的设备选型及加工中采用的新技术,重点介绍了工艺缸盖的应用、托盘输送、二次真空加压含浸工艺,2D码管理技术及水性珩磨液应用技术。生产线建成后使用结果表明:该生产线达到各项设计指标,工艺方案合理、产品质量稳定,生产线物流合理,在制品少、操作人员劳动强度低、运行成本低、经济效益明显。

According to analysis the speciality of HR engine block and compare machine process from difference maker, this paper decides the technology specification of the machine line and give the machine process, it introduces how choose machine equipment specification and what new technology are used. The new technology incoludes the use of dummy engine head,the use of conveying pallet, the use of 2D code system,Impregnation in line from twice vacuumed to pressurized,honing cooled by water, and so on. The block machine line running show that it meets all the design target,reasonable project brings stable quality, smooth distribution,few products in line, low labor intensity of opertator,low cost running and remarkable economic efficiency.
