微机械振动式陀螺强度仿真试验研究

摘要 介绍了一种自行开发设计的静电驱动,电容检测的微机械振动式陀螺仪样机的结构、工作原理。针对该结构,运用ANSYS软件机构分析方法,计算在自身重力影响下和最大偏动位移状态下的强度。仿真试验结果表明该结构在实际应用中强度满足要求。 Strength of micromechanical vibrator gyroscope with electrostatic driving and capacitance detection is presented. The structure, principle, driving and detecting circuits which are used in the prototype as well as the results of the experiment is introduced. The strength by self gravitation and the furthest distance is calculated by using the ANSYS software. The result of strength is reasonable.
