摘要
介绍一种立式加工中心的改造,结合机床的特点,重点介绍机床主轴部分的改造。选用FANUC 0i-MC数控系统及αi轴伺服系统及主轴伺服系统对机床进行控制,并使用HEIDENHAIN光栅尺作为各轴的位置检测元件,构成全闭环控制系统。
Combining with machine tool characteristics, a modification scheme of the vertical machining center is introduced, and the program focuses on the transformation of machine tool spindle. We select FANUC 0i-MC CNC system, α-axis servo system and spindle servo system to control the machine tool, and use HEIDENHAIN grating ruler as position detecting component for each axle, so the close-loop control system is constituted.
