摘要 概述了涡轮发动机气路密封中几种常用的封严涂层;讨论了将"可刮削性"作为重要评价指标的意义;综述了美欧等国通过研制高速刮擦设备,进行模拟工况下的摩擦磨损试验,建立评价封严涂层的有效判据或磨损机制图的研究工作。指出我国开展封严涂层的研究方向是研制高速/高温的摩擦磨损试验设备,进行模拟工况下的摩擦磨损试验,探索评价封严涂层"可刮削性"的有效判据,从而指导封严涂层的成分优选和制备工艺的优化,以及预测封严涂层的可刮削性和服役条件。 Some common seal materials (coatings) for gas path sealing in turbine engines are summarized. The significance of "abradability" as an important evaluating indicator is discussed. The test rigs for experiments under simulated working conditions established in the US and Europe and other countries, as well as effective criterions or wear maps concerning abradable seal coatings are also reviewed. The trend of research on seal coatings is to develop high velocity/temperature test rigs, to do experiment under simulated working conditions, to establish effective evaluation criterions for seal coatings, so as to optimize coating composition and preparation technology, and to estimate the abradability and serve conditions of the seal coatings.
