中间层对钛基锡钌钴纳米涂层物化性能的影响 被引量:3

The Effects of Interlayer on Physico-chemical Properties of Ti-based RuSnCo Nanostructural Coating

摘要 采用热分解法,制备了结构为Ti/中间层/RuSnCo的三元阳极纳米涂层,研究了涂层的结构与物化性能。结果表明:(1)MnO2中间层能显著减小涂层裂纹数;(2)采用MnO2中间层的三元阳极纳米涂层的孔隙率较大,涂层的电催化性能最好;(3)采用MnO2中间层的三元阳极纳米涂层电解寿命最高,为1970min,是无中间层的2倍。 Ternary anode nano coating of Ti/interlayer/RuSnCo was prepared by thermal decomposition. The structure and physicochemical property of the coating were studied. The results show that:(l) the interlayer of MnO2 can reduce the number of cracks on the surface of the coating;(2) the coating with interlayer of MnO2 has high porosity and the best electrocatalytic performance;(3) the coating with interlayer of MnO2 has the longest electrolytic life, reaching 1970 minutes, which is two times of the electrolytic life of the coating without interlayer
