听诊法结合吸痰管通畅法在肺隔离技术中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:评价听诊法结合吸痰管通畅法在双腔支气管插管定位中的作用。方法:65例择期行胸外科手术的病人,在麻醉诱导完全后,行双腔支气管插管,并采用听诊法结合吸痰管通畅法判断双腔管的定位情况。结果:除1例因困难气道外,全部插入左侧双腔支气管,在平卧位和侧卧位定位完成后,95.3%的病例单肺通气时脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO2)维持良好,无1例发生与双腔管定位不良有关的并发症。结论:听诊法结合吸痰管通畅法判断双腔管满意定位的方法简单、可靠,可反复用于术中患者体位变动后对双腔管满意定位状态的判断,且不增加损伤机会,是临床上一个很好的方法。
