摘要
电力系统实时仿真系统关系到电力系统的运行,其仿真结果能否准确反映现实或真实情况的程度,决定了仿真结果的可信度以及根据仿真结果所做决策的可行性。针对目前电力系统实时仿真系统可信度的研究现状,尝试引入软件工程中校核、验证和确认技术进行分析。通过给出可信度评估的指标,分析影响仿真系统可信度的因素,推荐在电力系统实时仿真系统可信度评估中使用的方法。由于目前国内电力系统内部尚未有规范和完整的关于仿真系统可信度的评估体系,因此可以借鉴国际或其他领域中的评估体系,确定电力系统实时仿真系统的可信度评估体系。
Real-time simulators are very important components in power systems. The decision made based on the models and simulations (M & S) are rightly connected with whether the M & S and their results are "correct" or how they can present the real system. This paper tries to introduce the verification, validation and accreditation (VV&A) in the soft engineering into the evaluation of the credibility of the simulation software. The criteria of credibility are presented in this paper. There are so many factors affecting the validity of the M & S, and they are analyzed in detail. The methods to evaluate the validity of real-time simulations are given based on the methods in VV&A. A completed standard to evaluate the validity of simulations dose not exist in the power system operations, therefore, the evaluation systems should be developed in the future.
