摘要
在对省级电网故障诊断技术进行研究和分析的基础上,根据广东电网的实际运行情况,研究设计了一套省级电网实时故障诊断辅助决策系统,并阐述了该系统的基本功能、关键技术以及分层式诊断思想的总体结构,实际应用测试表明,该系统诊断结果正确,符合现场实际,并能给出多种在实际中可能存在的故障诊断结果,为用户提供具有建设性的建议和恢复策略。
Based on the analysis and study on fault diagnosis technology in provincial power grid, a set of fault diagnosis and assistant decision system has been designed according to the operation actualities of Guangdong power system. This paper also expounds the basic functions, key techniques and general structure based on hierarchical diagnosis. Practical application test shows that the diagnostic results of the system is correct and reasonable, able to offer diagnostic results for multiple faults that may exist, and to provide constructive constructions and recovery strategy for customers.
