珠江电厂反渗透膜压差高的原因分析及处理对策 被引量:1

摘要 分析了珠江电厂反渗透膜运行中压差高的原因,指出由于停机冲洗水及低压冲洗水污染反渗透膜、超滤水箱水质不良、设备加药量不稳定、多介质过滤器产水浊度升高、启动多介质过滤器和超滤水箱时管道腐蚀产物加大了超滤水箱的负担等原因均导致反渗透膜压差高。针对以上问题,提出更改冲洗水源、修改超滤水箱运行参数、调整设备加药量和多介质过滤器反洗参数、过滤器和超滤水箱启动时增加冲洗管道的程序等处理方法来解决反渗透膜压差高的问题。处理后,两个反渗透膜的压差均下降;通过分析处理后反渗透运行指标,明确了需要进一步完善的应对措施,并提出具体建议。 The reasons for high pressure difference of reverse osmosis membrane during operation in Zhujiang Power Plant are analyzed, which include the pollution of reverse osmosis membrane by outage and LV rinsing water, poor water quality of ultrafiltration tank, control problem of equipment chemical dosing, increased turbidity of water from multi-media filter, and heavier burden on ultrafiltration tank caused by pipeline corrosion products while starting multi-media filter and ultrafiltration tank. Some methods are presented to solve the problem, i. e. changing the rinsing water source, modifying the operational parameters of ultrafiltration tank, adjusting the chemical dosage of equipment, regulating the backflushing parameters of multi-media filter, adding pipeline flushing program while starting filter and ultrafiltration tank, etc. The treatment enables pressure difference drop of the two reverse osmosis membranes. Upon analysis of the reverse osmosis operation indices after treatment, countermeasures to be further improved are clarified with specific suggestions put forward.
