摘要
合作伙伴的选择是工程总承包项目投标中联合体组建的关健,也是一个多目标决策问题。提出了运用非结构化模糊决策方法(NSFDM)进行合作伙伴的评价,从而有助于解决决策中的问题。
The chosen of partners is the key of the organization of a joint venture for bidding for a general contracting of constructional project, and also is a decision of multi--objectives. In this article, the author puts forward the way to assess the partners by applying non--structural fuzzy decision method（NSFDM）, which would be helpful to solve the problems involving in the decision.
