摘要
文章研究设计了高速电主轴轴向热伸长及径向振动测试系统,对高速电主轴热误差和振动误差进行了分析,完成了测试平台的搭建和数据采集程序的编写,并提出了具体的误差补偿措施;采用高精度电涡流位移传感器、红外温度传感器和USB数据采集卡对高速电主轴轴向热伸长、径向振动和轴端温度进行非接触实时测量。测试结果表明:该测试系统结构合理、运行稳定可靠,满足实时、动态的测试要求,对高速电主轴的性能测试、在线监控和高精度误差补偿等研究具有实用价值。
The test system for the axial thermal elongation and the radial vibration of high-speed spindle was studied in this paper.The analysis of high-speed spindle error and vibration error was presented, The establishment of the test platform and the procedures for the preparation of the data collection were completed, and specific compensation measures was made.The high accuracy eddy current displacement sensor, infrared temperature sensor and USB data collection card were used in the real-time non-contact measurement of the axial thermal elongation, the radial vibration of high-speed spindle and shaft end temperature. The test results show that the test system procedures structure is reasonable, run very stable and reliable and meet the real-time, dynamic testing requirements, and the study for performance Testing, the performance test,on-line monitoring and high accuracy error compensation and other research on the high-speed spindle have practical value.
