摘要
文章对交流电封闭加载技术进行了研究,通过比较提出了一种高转速,大扭矩,高精度,可实现正反拖的电加载变速器试验台设计方案,利用3台交流电机模拟实车运行情况对变速器进行驱动和加载,以西门子S7-317型PLC作为控制器,6SE70型逆变器作为电机驱动器,构建基于PROFIBUS-DP现场总线的两级控制系统。设计的试验台动态转速控制精度为±0.5%(F.S),转矩控制精度为±0.5%(F.S)。试验结果表明,该试验台控制精度达到预期目标,电封闭方式可以有效降低能耗。
The AC electrical-closed loading technology was investigated and a design project of electricity loading transmission test bench with high rotating speed, large scale torque and high accuracy which can produce positive and negative torque was designed in this paper. Three AC motors were used to build a load simulator in accordance with vehicle' s running conditions. SIEMENS S7-317 PLC and 6SE70 inverter was set up as the controller and driver respectively in the two-level control system. Dynamic precision of speed control of the design test-bed is ±0.5 % (F.S) and accuracy of torque loading of the design test-bed is ± 0. 5 % (F.S). Control accuracy achieved the expected goal and the use of electrical-closed greatly reduced the power cost.
