摘要 工艺路线优化是整个工艺规划中最重要的一环,特别是针对一些复杂的箱体零件,不同加工特征的加工要求不同,之间的约束复杂。文章建立了一种基于三维制造特征的加工路线设计与优化模型,用矩阵表示不同加工阶段之间的约束关系,以机床变换、装夹变换等作为优化目标。对现有的遗传算法进行改进,设计了满足加工路线优化的交叉、变异算子,实现了复杂箱体零件加工路线的优化。 Manufacturing sequence optimization is the most important step in process planning, especially in complex cases' process planning, for requirements of each manufacturing step are different and constraints among manufacturing steps are complex. In this paper, a manufacturing sequence optimization model based on 3-D manufacturing features is set up. A matrix is used to represent the constraints among different manufacturing steps, and machine tools change times, fixtures change times, etc are evaluated as object function. An im- proved genetic algorithm whose crossover and mutation operators are re-designed to meet the needs of manufacturing sequence optimization is used to implement complex cases' manufacturing sequence optimization.
