摘要
分析了曲轴的工作环境及性能要求。讨论了曲轴轴颈的车削、铣削、车拉等加工工艺,对各种工艺在加工效率、加工精度、投资费用、机床柔性、加工特点上进行了分析对比,结合我国曲轴毛坯的生产现状,得出较为合理的曲轴轴颈粗加工工艺。
The article introduces the working environment and performance requirements of the crankshaft. Research on the turning, milling, turn-broaching(turn-turn broaching)processing technology of the crankshaft journal. Analysis and comparison the machining efficiency, machining accuracy, investment cost, machine flexibility, processing characteristic in the various process. Combined with production status of the crankshaft blank in China, obtain the relatively suitable rough processing technology of the crankshaft journal.
