摘要
通过等效类比的方法研究了高速铣削刀具选择的一般原则。推导了球头铣刀的有效直径和有效线速度的计算公式,以此进一步确定转速,通过试验的方法测定了径向铣削深度和每齿进给量对表面粗糙度的影响。
Through the equivalent analogy's method study the general principle which High-speed milling tool to choose. Has inferred the formula of ball milling cutter's effective diameter and the effective linear velocity, by this further definite spindle speed.Has determined that the radial direction milling depth and feed per tooth effect to the surface roughness through the test method.
