基于“一个流”模式的车间生产线改善设计

Improved Design of Workshop Production Line Based on "One-Piece Flow" Mode

通过对车间生产线布局传统模式与精益生产模式的对比分析,阐述了"U"型布置布局的优点。结合某车桥公司应用实例,通过生产能力调查、工艺流程分析、人员的组合搭配等步骤实现了"一个流"生产线改善设计,应用结果证实新的生产线改善设计对解决传统模式中存在的设备能力和人力平衡等问题有明显的效果,具有广泛的应用价值。

Based on comparisons and analyses of traditional and lean production modes of workshop layouts, this paper expatiates on the merits of the workshop ＂U-shaped＂ layout. A production line was improved with ＂one-piece flow＂ Production concept in an axle manufacturing company, by investigating production capability, analyzing technological processes and balancing manpower. The improved results Shows that the new production line layout can effectively solve the balancing problems of facility capability and manpower with traditional line layouts and will find wider application.
