摘要 单元式制造是精益生产的核心要素,文章阐述了制造单元的概念与研究方向,运用W ITNESS仿真软件对胶管总成制造单元的瓶颈问题进行了试验研究,通过改变工序的加工时间和作业员间的作业快慢差异以及进入单元的排列顺序,研究循环操作模式下作业员繁忙率的变化规律,研究表明当工时最长工序的平均工时占各工序平均工时之和的比例超过40%时,或者当作业员间快慢差异超过5%时,作业员繁忙率均下降显著,而作业员排序对作业员繁忙率无明显影响。 Cellular manufacturing is the core element of lean production, so the concept and research orientation are explained in this paper. Experiment research is carried out about the bottleneck problem of a rubber pipe assembly manufacturing cell with WITNESS simulation software. By Change operation cycle time and speed difference and order of operators, Change trend of operators' busy ratio is studied under circular process style. It shows that when the operation with the longest cycle time takes up 40% of the time to the sum of all operations average cycle time or the speed difference beyond 5 %, operators' busy ratio decreases obviously, but the order of operators' haven' t effect on that.
